- Active professional license or certification in good standing (RN, LPN, HHA, or PT/OT/ST)
- Relevant clinical or caregiving experience (specialty experience a plus)
- Strong skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable
- BLS/CPR required (or ability to obtain)
