SMS Terms of Service
SMS Consent and Agreement
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from WeAllCare Home Health Care. This includes SMS messages for conversations between employees and care coordination communications.

Opt-Out Instructions:

Service Terms
Home Health Care Services
Our home health care services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with state and federal regulations. Services are subject to physician orders and insurance coverage requirements.
Staffing Services
Our staffing services for home care agencies include EVV management, document digitization, and administrative support. Service levels and pricing are based on participant count and selected service tier.
Payment Terms
- Home care services are billed according to insurance coverage and co-payment requirements
- Staffing services are billed weekly based on the selected service tier
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
Cancellation and Termination
Home Care Services
Home care services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice. Emergency cancellations are accepted but may be subject to cancellation fees.
Staffing Services
Staffing services operate on a month-to-month basis and may be terminated with 30-day written notice.
Privacy and Confidentiality

Limitation of Liability
WeAllCare Home Health Care's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We maintain appropriate professional liability insurance and comply with all applicable healthcare regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
